Volunteer for our next event

Ushers and Stage Crew needed:

Friday Set Up: 6:30 – 8:00 pm 

Saturday: 5:30 – 10:00 pm

You don’t need to be a part of the House of Mercy Church community or have expertise to help make the Music Hall Happen.

Volunteers needed in all areas

  • Calendar and Booking — Sets and books events 
  • Technical — Lights, sound, stage set up and run.
  • Promotion/Social Media — Plans and implements promotion/social media campaigns for initial and ongoing awareness and for individual performances.
  • Volunteer Coordinator — Recruits and serves as contact for volunteers, arranges training and scheduling.
  • House Management — Oversees ushers, merch, beverage service, and ticketing.
  • The House Choir — Coordinates recruitment, maintains contacts, arranges and oversees rehearsal and performances.
  • Fundraising — Assist with finding grants, matching funds, connecting with donors, identifying sponsorship opportunities, and other revenue opportunities
